Attention all Rising AP Literature and composition students, Please make plans to stop by West 101, Ms. Solomon's classroom, on May 17th to pick up your 2019 intro packet for AP Lit. This drop by meeting will last no longer than 5 to 7 minutes. Honors Academy Students - your service hour logs are due TOMORROW, Wednesday May 15th. Please turn them in to Mr. Williamson in new West 125 or Mrs. Cheri in the main office by then to remain in good standing. CLINICAL INTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS – TOMORROW, Wednesday at 2pm is the deadline to submit your Clinical Internship application to Ms. Ozment. Late applications will not be accepted. THE ARTS GENERAL DRIVER’S PERMIT - If you need to get your Driver’s Permit over the summer, you will need the Compulsory Attendance Form. Please sign up in the Attendance Office until May 20. Compulsory attendance sheets will be given out on May 21st during your lunch in the attendance office. This campus will be closed for the summer so plan accordingly. CLUBS SP0RTS BASKETBALL - Anyone interested in playing Boys Basketball for the 2019-2020 season, tryouts will be held TODAY, May 14th 2:30-4:30 in the Varsity Gym. A physical is required to tryout. BOYS CROSS COUNTRY - Are you interested in learning about the 2019 Bartlett High School Boys’ Cross Country Team? In 2019, Bartlett returns as 3-Time Region Champs and 3-Time Top 5 State finishers. Come see if being a part of this team is right for you. The meeting for Parents and Athletes will be held TODAY, Tuesday, May 14, 6:00pm - 7:30pm at the Bartlett High School Cafeteria. This is the only meeting before the first day of practice on Tuesday, May 28. BOYS TRACK - Congratulations to the boys’ track and field team for finishing 4th in the sectional meet. They defeated 21 other teams from the Memphis area including Houston, Cordova, and Collierville. BASEBALL - Congratulations to the Bartlett baseball team for defeating Hardin County 5-0 last night in the Region Semi-Final game. The Panthers will host Arlington TOMORROW night at 7:00 in the Region Finals at Freeman Park. Please come out and support your team. GIRLS TRACK - The State Lady Panthers track team would like to congratulate Maggie Roy for making it to State in the 1600 meter run yesterday at Arlington. SNOWFLAKE STEERING COMMITTEE - Applications for Steering Committee for Snowflake 2019 may be picked up from Ms. B. Smith in E11 beginning Tuesday, April 23. All applications, along with 2 recommendations, MUST be turned in no later than TOMORROW, Friday, May 3rd. CLUBS SP0RTS Attention Students-Athletes: The annual Campbell Clinic physicals will be this Saturday, May 4th at 9:45a. There is no cost for this physical. This physical covers you for ALL sports during the summer and all activities during the 2019-20 school year. Packets can be downloaded from the Bartlett High School Website under ‘Athletics’ and ‘2019-2020 Athletes.’ SIGNING - Grant Nobles will be signing a baseball scholarship with Dyersburg State Community College TODAY in the Library at 2:15pm. |
