Attention all Seniors! Have you filed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, also known as the FAFSA? This is what determines if you are eligible for any grants, loans, or work study funds from the federal government, plus the only way to apply for the Hope scholarship. Once they money runs out, it's gone! Plus- if you signed up for the Tennessee Promise scholarship, you are required to file the FAFSA by January 16, 2018, or you will lose the chance to use the scholarship! PANTHER PLAYHOUSE – is having their annual holiday party TODAY at 3:00 in the Auditorium.  This is for Thespians and Theatre students only.  You are encouraged to bring a Silly Santa gift that is under $10.  There will also be a Thespian meeting at 2:45.

CONGRATULATIONS to JJ Vaden on being selected to represent Bartlett High School in the Liberty Bowl High School All Star Football Game.  The game will be played this Saturday at Memphis University School with kickoff scheduled for 2:30 pm.  If you are unable to attend the game, it will be telecast on WLMT CW30 at 2:30.  It will also be broadcast on WHBQ Sports 56 AM at the same time.  Congratulations JJ!!!

CLASS RING DELIVERY DATE – Juniors & Seniors – Balfour will be in the Senior Cafeteria TODAY, December 7th during all lunches to deliver class rings and take orders. SPORTS
ATTENTION BOYS:  The Boy’s lacrosse team is looking for interested players to participate in the upcoming Spring season.  No experience needed.  See Mr. Croft in E1 for more information.
 
SWIMMING - Wish our Bartlett Swimmers good luck in their swim meet TONIGHT against St Georges, Houston, MUS, Hutchison and others. The meet is at St Georges’ Pool at 7pm. Go Panthers! 
 
BOWLING - The Bartlett Boys defeated Collierville in a down to the wire nail biter to become District 17 Champions by a score of 15.5 to 11.5. We were led to this awesome victory with very impressive scores from our 2 seniors, Caleb Erwin with a 211 and a 223 and Skyler Searcy with a 203 and a 235. Our farewell game to our junior Jackson Schmitt with a score of 236. And our strong sophomores Heath Herbison with scores of 200, 213, and 226, and Dominic Williams with scores of 215 and 246. 
​Both the Boys and the Girls are District Champs and have advanced to the Regional Tournament in January. Way to go Panthers!

SPORTS

CONGRATULATIONS TO BOWLING TEAMS  
The Boys Bowling Team beat Germantown 22 to 5 and Arlington 21 to 6 to advance to the District Championship against Collierville today. The boys were led by phenomenal scores from Dominic Williams with a 200, Skyler Searcy with a 209, Jackson Schmitt with a 204 and a 225, Carter Fant with a 213 and a 257, and Heath Herbison with a 212, 246, 258, and 266.

The Girls Bowling Team beat Houston 25.5 to 1.5 and the played Cordova for the District Championship. They dominated them with an easy 25 to 2 victory. The girls were led by awesome scores from Sydney Liddle with a 212, Ashlyn Corley with a 219 and Jordan Mundt with a 227 and a 247. The girls have advanced to the Regional Tournament when we return from winter break.
