SENIORS: Voluntary Senior Activity Dues will be $80.00 this year. This will cover your senior t-shirt, Panoramic photo bundle, senior picnic, and an athletic event to be determined. All left over funds will be used to purchase prizes for Project Graduation. You may pay your dues in Dr. Gideon's office during all lunches beginning Monday October 23 through Friday December 15, 2017.

THE POINT - Senior Night is this Friday! What is Panther Point? The Point is a chance for BHS students to experience a collegiate style tailgate, like “Tiger Lane”. Wristbands are $5 for The Point and $10 for Point & Game. It's a classy dress up affair with a DJ and food. The football team does a walk-through and we cheer them on! All students are encouraged to come dressed in pink for the game.
BALFOUR – Graduation announcements and supplies order date: Wednesday, Oct. 25th during all lunches in the Senior Cafeteria. A $60.00 deposit is required to place an order. Cash, Check (made out to BALFOUR), money order, & credit card accepted. Information Packets are in the Main Office.
Bartlett High’s Fall Blood Drive is Tuesday, OCT. 31 in the Main Gym from 7a-2p. Applications will be available during all lunches. Deadline to turn in a completed application is Monday, Oct 30. A school form and Lifeblood form with parent signature is required for all donors who are 16 and 17 years old. Faculty, family, and friends of Bartlett High are encouraged to go to any Lifeblood center and give blood in the name of Bartlett High. Contact Ms. Drewry if you need more information.
FIRE SAFETY - A fire can breakout with little or no warning. The more prepared you are, the safer you will be. Once you evacuate due to a fire, NEVER go back inside a burning building. Once out, stay out. Firefighters will rescue anyone who needs help.
TALENT SHOW - Attention students. The time has come. The Annual talent show is coming soon and we need talent. The auditions have beenrescheduled for this Tuesday and Wednesday right after school in W100. Get your act together and be there!
PHONE POCKETS – Baseball team is selling phone pockets for $10.00 each. You can buy them in the Main Office. There is red, blue, and black.
BOO GRAMS - will be on sale this week during all lunches. Cupcake boo grams and candy boo grams will be on sale. All grams will be delivered during 6th and 7th period on Halloween.

MU ALPHA THETA - math honor society, is open for new members who have completed Algebra 2 or are currently enrolled in Honors Algebra 2 and in addition have completed or are enrolled in a still more advanced course. On the 4-point grading scale, this shall mean at least a 3.0 grade point average. Please see Ms. Malone NW215 before school or Mrs. Gipson NW217 after school for application. GIRLS BASKETBALL - tryouts will be held Monday, Oct. 30th from 2:30pm to 4:30pm in the Main Gym.
BOYS CROSS COUNTRY - Friday night, the boys cross country team competed in the National Postal 2 Mile on the Bartlett track. For the first time in school history, four Bartlett runners completed the 2 miles in 10 minutes or faster. Those runners were Robert Dawson, Travis Jones, Brendan Hill, and Avery Wood. Also finishing well for Bartlett were Rylee Hertter at 10:34, Max Putnam at 10:55, and Andrew Burke at 10:56. The end of the season postings are just starting to come in, but Bartlett is currently ranked #1 in TN and #8 in the US.
GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY - Congratulations to the Girls Cross Country team. Friday night they participated in a National Postal race. All the girls set new season personal records for the 3200. Special thanks to Mr. Jackson and Aubrey Hayes for supporting the cross country teams for this event.
FOOTBALL - Congratulations to the Varsity Football Team on their 38-20 victory over Millington last Friday night.
